Christophe Bouchard has been the French government’s senior representative in Miami since 2001. A graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Paris, and of the Ecole Nationale d’Administration, he has served in the French diplomatic corps and as a foreign policy advisor since 1989.
